It’s the best of both worlds. Enjoy all of the fun of camp PLUS experience daily adventures and excursions in your focus ADVENTURE track.
Two Tracks to choose from (Limited to 12 campers per track):
- Skateboarding Track - July 25-31 only
- Climbing & Challenge Course Track - July 11-17 only
Skate Boarding Track
Each day you will go to a different skate park in the area. With some of the most amazing skate parks in California, you will be stoked to visit Lake Cunningham Skate Park in San Jose, Ben Lomond Skate Park, Scotts Valley Skate Park and Sunnyvale Skate Park. Each park will provide new challenges and give you a chance to stretch your boundaries and grow as a skater.
Climbing & Challenge Course Track
We have an amazing week planned for you with each day bringing a new experience as you and your friends are challenged on a new challenge course element. Start off at the Mission Springs Ridge Camp Course, a 50+ foot high course with a bunch of challenging elements to face. Then move on to some of our more hair-raising adventures like The Big Ben Leap of Faith and the newest addition, The Giant Swing. From there venture out to a local Canopy Tour Course, a zip line that careens through the huge redwoods at over 100 feet in the air with zips as long as 400 feet. It will blow your socks off. End your week with a one of a kind rock climbing experience at Castle Rock State Park, one of the premier local climbing spots.
How does it work?
You will spend a chunk of each day in your chosen track area but will also get to experience all the other fun elements of Frontier Ranch including many of the on-site activities, campfires, cabin wraps, night games, beach day, and more. There is an extra cost for our Adventure Tracks, but if you’re looking to expand your camp experience these adventures are well worth it.
Note: If you choose an adventure track you will be placed in a cabin group with others who choose that same track. This could potentially limit your cabin mate choices based on what options they select.
